AT the annual prize NEMSA show and sale of gimmer lambs on September 13, where there was a catalogued entry of 12,410 lambs, the overall champion pen of ten lambs, which received the Late C Jackson Trophy, was consigned by local breeders, Messrs Hutchinson, of Redgate, Rookby, Kirkby Stephen.
The pen of lambs went on to sell to Messrs Gate, of Langford Farm, Lostock Green, Northwich.
