NORTHALLERTON Auctions Ltd have appointed Simon Manthorpe as Head of Professional services to help boost the companies already busy Rural Professional department.
Simon previously worked for the company before gaining further experience at a regional firm of surveyors. Simon is a Chartered Surveyor, Fellow of the Association of Agricultural Valuers and a RICS registered valuer.
Simon brings a depth of experience with him to the company meaning that he can offer a full range of professional services, which include valuation reports, farm and land sales, Basic Payment Scheme advice and submissions,grants and Countryside Stewardship, utility and compulsory purchase schemes and landlord and tenant matters.
Simon would like to welcome any clients old or new to contact him and discuss any requirements they may have. Northallerton Auctions prides itself on offering a first-class service to all their clients, while making sure that costs are always fair, transparent and competitive.
