A CREW from Malton was called to help release a sheep stuck in a hole yesterday (Wednesday).
The crew used the station's animal rescue equipment to release the sheep from the hole near Strensall at around 1.39pm.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue said: "The sheep was released from the hole and reunited with the farmer."
