FIREFIGHTERS helped to control a fire involving bales of hay on Tuesday night.
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service say crews from Huntington were called out to Sheriff Hutton to deal with the blaze after receiving a call at around 10.06pm.
A spokesperson said: “The hay bales were removed and allowed to burn out. Two hose reel jets, thermal imaging camera and small tools were used.”
