Police believe several people were involved in the theft of a cattle pen stolen overnight from a field in North Yorkshire.
The Ritchie cattle pen, consisting of around 40, 10ft steel hurdles, and worth about £4,500 was taken from a field in Main Road, Kildwick, sometime overnight on Monday and Tuesday this week (February 26 and February 27).
Police say a padlock was cut from a gate to the field where the pen was stored.
A spokesperson for North Yorkshire Police said: "Each hurdle is very heavy and it is suspected that several offenders were involved."
